Modulus is a robot designed for adaptation to the widest possible range of applications with its modular Techno-Cake system, robot parts and accessories. The Service & Security configuration of the Modulus robot is obtained by fitting the Techno-Cake home-security and service unit onto the Modulus Base robot. One of the components allow the robot to signal the presence of smoke, gas, water, and intruders. At the first sign of danger it can inform a computer or trigger a siren or preset vocal message with the phonemes synthesizer module. An optional arm with ample freedom of movement and considerable gripping power can be added to the Service & Security Robot.
