I had a small tube laying around that I didn't really need for anything, so I decided to fill it with a fluorescent lime colored glue that I had bought as a child. After the glue had set to the bottom, I painted the symbol for radioactive material on the tube that I later weathered. A cork for the tube was carved out of blue insulation foam. The end result was a fake tube of glowing plutonium, just for fun.
