The creation of the alien fetus
After I got the idea of creating an artificial alien fetus in a jar, I thought that I could create it from metal wires that I had a lot of laying around. Most other materials used to create the alien fetus were simple everyday objects such as plastic bags and candle wax, but the end result didn't turn out bad at all and still looked realistic once the alien was placed in a jar with blueish green goop to contain it over the passage of time.
Each arm were created first separately with a piece of wire sticking out at the shoulder for later attachment to the body, then both legs were created as one piece.
While the body consisted only of metal wire, the head was filled with toilet paper to help the metal wire keep its shape.
This may not be the reason why extra terrestrials are so much smarter than human beings.
Since the metal wire was originally retracted from electrical wire insulations, the wire could easily be soldered together for more stability for when the wrinkly fetus is wobbling around inside the jar.
To cover up the metal wire, I ripped apart a plastic bag into strips that were heated and melted together.
This gave the fetus a wrinkly and gooey surface texture.
After the whole fetus was encased in plastic, the placement of the eyes and other facial features were drawn onto the head.
As a quick and easy method of giving the alien fetus its skin, the wax from a tea-light candle was brushed onto the whole surface of the wrinkly thing.
After the wax had dried, the eyes, nose, and mouth were carved out of it.
Many areas of the alien also looked as if the skin was falling off of it and was also decayed in other areas.
To smooth out the surface of the wax a bit and give the alien a more greyish color, I sprayed it with liquid bondo.
The areas where the skin looked like it was falling off and decaying were painted with a mixture of green, yellow, and red oil paints to represent decayed alien flesh.
While the paint was drying, I got to buy a cheap jar that I filled with colored water and also put a label on it saying "specimen #37 Alien Fetus".
A temporary hole was made on the back of the alien's head to fill it with water and lead pellets to make it sink to the bottom of the jar.
And there you go, one wrinkly, gooey, wriggly, decayed alien in a jar with blueish-green goop, ready for storage in my secret underground laboratory.
Now the unborn and pickled alien fetus is finished after only a days work, and it looks very much realistic when floating around in the jar of goop even though it was only made of various metal wires, covered in plastic and candle wax. Feel free to use any ideas from this tutorial, and good luck creating your own pickled extra terrestrial fetus.
