Field report
The store called Toys R Us had ordered us in for an event at Alnabru and Sandvika in association with Hasbro's release of a new Star Wars toy series, so I wanted to join in on the fun. When I got to the store at Alnabru, I walked around in search of the other troopers, but found none of them, then asked one of the guys who worked there that told me they were in a room in the back of the storage area, so I brought my new storage crate with my Stormtrooper armor up to the room and started changing. After we were all done, we walked out to the store where people started taking lots of photos of us, then we walked around as a group and for ourselves for a while. Some of the children in the store got scared of us, while most of them thought we were really cool and yelled out loud to their friends and parents that there were Stormtroopers here. After we had trooped around for some while, TK-3444 brought his camera out from the changing room and started taking photos of us while we did strange things such as jumping on pogo sticks and climbing ladders. After that, me and TK-3444 took a walk to the other mall at Alnabru where some people didn't like that we were there, but a great number of people were amazed at us and wanted their photo taken next to us. Since there was one other trooper still walking around in the Toys R Us store, we walked back to troop around some more until we had to change back to our regular clothes for the trip to the other Toys R Us store at Sandvika. When we got to the Sandvika mall, we had to drive around for a while to find a place to park, then eventually found out that we were far away from the Toys R Us store, so I had to drag my big storage crate all the way through the mall to get to the store where we put our armors into the changing room. The two other troopers went to eat before we started trooping again, so I just walked around the store in the meanwhile. After they came back from eating, we changed into our Stormtrooper costumes and started walking around in the store. There weren't as many people in this store as there were in the other store, but still they were pretty amazed when seeing Stormtroopers walking around. Since no one could see who we were, we walked around and pressed almost every button on electronic toys and such without embarrassment. Me and TK-3444 even had a short duel with some foam swords that they had in the store, along with having some short duels with some of the kids. I even whacked a kids face with the sword by accident while we were dueling, but he said he was OK, so I ruffled his hair, then he ruffled the top of my helmet and said it didn't work that well since I didn't have any hair. When the store got somewhat empty, we all started trooping around the mall, and lots of people wanted their photo taken next to us. When we got a bit further, a group of girls stopped us and wanted to film us, but one of the mall's security guards stopped us and said we needed permission to walk around the mall and that the girls also needed permission to film us, so we all got mad at him and had to walk back to the toy store. Some of the other security guards we talked to earlier said it was totally fine that we walked around and probably thought we were pretty cool too, so I suppose that other guard was just deluded by grandeur of his authority over the mall. When we got back to the toy store, very few people were still there, but still the three of us had fun jumping on pogo sticks and playing keyboards until we had to change back to our regular clothes because the mall was about to close.
