At last my E-11 blaster rifle is finished, and I am very pleased with it and glad I could finish it for my Stormtrooper costume, even though I didn't have the proper tools at times and had to do many strange things to get it done. I am also very pleased with all the functioning parts such as the folding stock and the cocking action. Feel free to use any ideas from this tutorial, and good luck building your own E-11 blaster rifle.

Thanks to

Iambubby for having made such great templates.

Tango'd Fett for having donated the grip and other cool parts.

The inventor of super-glue.

The inventor of Bondo.

Strømmen High-School for having thrown away useful sheet metal.

The inventor of spray paint.

The inventor of the Dremel multi tool.

And all of you at the Blaster Builders Club who have been a great help.
Because of the cocking handle track, the back of the ejection port cover was visible, so I cut a piece of circuit sheet to cover the wooden plug inside of it.
Yes, the endcap was also sprayed with primer.
And yes, the endcap was also spray painted flat black.
Since you now probably know that every part was sprayed with primer before they were spray painted, here's the front nozzle after it had been spray painted flat black.
And since you now probably know that all the parts of the blaster rifle was also spray painted, here's all the finished parts after they were spray painted, weathered and ready for assembly.
Now that the gun body and all the parts for it were finally finished, they were all assembled in the video below.
In this video you will see the assembly of the E-11 blaster rifle as it is put together for the very first time.
